Pink’s Madness. 1.1. Get the Tissues

We start the second take of week 10, or Zadok’s first proper week as heir, with a very happy heir donating money to undermine the spotted elephants charity. Yes this is he second take of this week as it froze during a wedding move in and around thursday and it was all lost. But we’re not planning on marrying her again anyway seeing as it turned out she had a ex-husband, she was the only carer for her son, and was pregnant with ex’s baby.

So for this take I randomly created a few single young ladies to populate the town with. I randomised everything, just made their clothes a little nicer and in a slightly similar colour to their favourite. All in all they aren’t too bad-looking, and they are the right age, because the only other possible spouses are nearing elders or not due to leave teendom for about 9 days, and I want to get the show on the road.

So let’s get on with the wannabe mastermind’s week.

Ziljak (I’m so glad he didn’t win) is becoming quite proficient with the guitar he’s at level 4 and now wishes to master arts and guitar. Pity nobody uses the easel. I’m hoping that if I build floor upwards rather than down they will use it more, as they have never stepped into the skill room I built downstairs for them. 

 Zadok is doing well at work. He already wants to see his boss’ ghost. Isn’t just the nicest Sim.

Tim is glued to the laptop. Nobody else gets a chance. I even took it out of his backup and still he’s on it 24/7 he only comes off to eat, sleep and bathroom. Ok so he is like me that way, but I was hoping the teens would meet some friends that way. Although Zettel is best friends with Eli Keyes. He looks decent enough from the thumbnail pic so go her.

Ziljak is becoming interesting rummaging in the recycling bin. I wonder what he left there.

Ziljak pops over to visits the singles, and finds that the 3 ladies at home are already dating in the space of a day. I don’t know where the fourth is at the moment. Oh and the one he’s talking to is dating a girl. But Zadok is now obsessed with Miss Orange. Mary something. unfortunately she is in journalism which will be hard to get promoted up in seeing as sims don’t tend to practice writing autonomously. Shame. But it could be done.

Pink gets angry at herself or it may be the bear, or the invisible man. She’s finally showing an insane side.

Pink discovers that she has an artistic side.

Zadok gets arrested. I forgot about that whole side of the criminal career. And they take is bike.

Pink likes looking at her awards. It’s sweet. 

Zolotow seems angry to join the honour roll.

Forget the salad, let’s make hotdogs in the microwave instead of using the fancy expensive grill just outside the front door. Oh yes Pink got some computer time. And just for people’s interest Tim has been working from home despite being retired and his work bar keeps going up. I’m hoping he may get a retirement pay boost.

Even ghosts flock to the laptop. Justin is haunting for the first time. Yay!

After finishing her painting Pink takes to the design architects table to sketch. She’s becoming very creative. Her art will be a nice way to decorate the house. Although I wish she’d like her sculpture.

A cooking club is forming as Zolotow decides to bake something instead of eating the ample leftovers.

At 103 years old Tim Burre leaves his online chess game to have the final sparklies of his life. Pink is devastated of course. She and Ziljak are the only ones home at 3.09pm as the girls are all hanging out somewhere after school. *sob*

Tim begs to live so he can see his children grow up and maybe have grandchildren but the Grim is an emotionless heartless thing.

Zettel gets arrested as she stays a minute late at best friend Eli Keyes house. Mean cop. I think he just likes visiting the Pink house.

Just to keep you up-to-date Pink is now 91 years old.

Jeffery Castor;  Zola’s brother-in-law has just a son called Barry with his girlfriend Chase Bayless.

Honour roll student Zettel becomes a Young Adult she adds Clumsy to unflirty, Easily Impressed, No Sense of Humour and Insane. She wants to be a Creature Robot thing in the Science Career. I hope she’ll get together with Eli Keyes, they are such good friends, and they are always in each others houses.

Zolotow adds good sense of humour to insane, adventurous, genius and heavy sleeper. She would like to be a Monster Maker, so we’ll see what the game decides to have her career as. Strange choice really as she has never invented anything.

Oh well, the sisters will move out together, and hopefully we’ll see them again for a catch up.

Zephaniah and Sonja as children. In case you can’t remember Zeph is one of the original 5 who was taken by the social worker, and took ages to get into progression to age. Sonja is Zola’s daughter. Incidently I think Zafra may be pregnant with her postman’s baby. But we’ll see. It may just be the dress.

Slowly Zadok convinces Mary that a relationship is a good idea, she still has to ditch her boyfriend though. But they do woohoo in the Judges Chambers.

Before long he is down on one knee fulfilling his wish.

Then it’s time for rings as Mary Kyder become Mary Pink. She brings $2,847 with her.

Mary is wonderful her LTW is achievable, she wants to raise 5 children, so the woohoo will be coming regularly. I just didn’t want to do 5 children again so soon though, but 40 points when it’s done will be great. She’s also a Paper Girl with no skills.

She was 94 Years old. She never talked to her new daughter-in-law. Week 10 Day 6 at 13.04 . I think I need a tissue. She raised 10 children. 5 of which were on the honour roll. She has one grand child. *sniff*

I’m practically crying. I liked her.

And she never finished her sculpture.

Ziljak among 5 others wets himself at the funeral.

Mary and Zadok both get promoted. Oh and Mary is placed on maternity leave. I’m slightly worried about the dates. Mary wants a girl, and Zadok a boy so it must be Zadok’s.

Mary is surprisingly upset over her mother-in-laws death. Hopefully this won’t affect the baby. I have placed maternity books in her backpack in the hope she’ll read one.
