Tolstoy is grumpy as he knows he’s cleaning it up.
Juliana gets a promotion.
Nicolle Caliente-Seabottom ( Verlaine grand) and Deshawn Seabottom welcome their first son Donovan. Deshawn has twin boys Tristan and Leonel with Twain Pink.
Time to get the birthday cakes out, and thus lots of saving. I have to have them grow up separately so there is time to save in between or it will crash.
Miss Perfectionist Steel. She reached piano level 9. Pretty impressive.
She wants to be a one sim band. So doable with her skills.
I give a lilac makeover before she goes. She gone very muscular in the legs especially.
Of course it crashes mid makeover. Typical.
She’s been such a wonderful skiller she deserves to leave in lilac. Unless the results drastically change between me typing this, and me completing her makeover.
Smith decides to be hydrophobic. Very logical to develop the fear this late in life.
Such a great choice for someone who wishes to rule the free world.
Isn’t great for a level 9 bass player to decide to that?
Oh yes neither are heir I’m afraid. So out they go.
Monday
So I head over to see what’s happened to Steel and guess what?!
He’s called Calvin DeLong, he’s 3 years older, and no children or exes. A perfect catch. Well he lives with his parents, sister, and nephew but still.
Calvin is Verlaine’s grandson via Bree DeLong.
Oh and Smith promptly gets engaged to High School sweetheart Patricia Epperson. She’s a Verlaine grandchild. Pretty. Very suitable choice, even if she is a few years older than him.
Then I make the mistake of building a residential home for my older Sims and the game crashes.
When I finally get it placed none of the elders can afford it even when placed in groups of 8 (well they should have the best for their twilight years) and my cheats panel isn’t working.
I’m feeling empty nest syndrome at the house. I miss having them all at home. It’s making it so tempting to give in to their wishes. But I really shouldn’t.
Omen wants to learn guitar with his art. He’s becoming an accomplished artist. His painting are lining the bathroom walls, with the others. After the bathrooms are done, then the bedrooms, and nursery and school room last.
Oh an Simself will be turning male to be a spouse for this gen, because I won’t be able to use them all otherwise, as it really wouldn’t be a good idea or practical to have them as the uglacy gens spouse, because all the ones I have are way to pretty.
Oh they are both painting pics I haven’t seen. Green is painting a sunflower. O’s is looking like a desert beach scene, but it’s a little bit too early to tell.
Tennyson and Tolkein are still hanging out which is nice. They are keeping themselves entertained and out the way which is even better.
Tolkein has teenagers at home so it’s understandable. Tennyson must be raising her child to be independent and get herself off to school.
Juliana is jogging again, she must think she is getting fat. She isn’t.
Sheldon the green wants to learn guitar now.
Shakespeare the orange just wants to beat people at chess. \
Verlaine’s daughter Marie Malifa/Vidal has passed. She is survived by husband Carey Vidal, and her married daughter Deena Malifa. Not by Carey.
Verlaine’s daughter Abby Yamamoto dies. She is survived by long term partner Maxwell Chatman, and their married son Timothy.
Shakespeare has popped up the inevitable Evil wish of being the Emporor of Evil, however when Tolstoy wants to play chess with her it is quickly replaced with the chess legend wish.

Juliana ends up behind bars.
Don’t mind Charlotte Fish and Dedrick Coastal in the background, she’s just told him she’s pregnant with her first child, his second. She only has 11 days till elder so she’s keeping the baby.
Nikia Rao dies. She was one of Verlaine’s daughters. She has one daughter; Carolina with her husband Donny Mills.
Wednesday
Farrah Inkbeard dies. Daughter of Verlaine. She has two daughters Sandra and Catrina.
Unigwe is 106.
I changed the story progression again to try and get more babies in the hood, it’s becoming a but of an teenage and elder only place.

Such a good idea letting paparazzi into the house. Just your typical 4pm scene though, Omen and Orange doing homework, Green doing hers in the vegetable patch, Juliana working from home in her undies, Tolstoy taking his sweet time getting home from work. Perfect family moment really.
And no I still can’t remember which twin is which.

Orange the vegetarian takes up fishing which leads her to dreaming of scientific experimentation, whilst becoming a chess legend. Shame you can’t have two LTW’s at the same time, as they aren’t mutually exclusive.
However when the local journalist pops over and snaps her fishing everything changes and decides the lifestyle of the rich and famous is a fantastic idea.
It is now the end of week 20. 1 more week before the heiress takes over.
Oh and I am now just about to install generations. It’s Sat June 4th in case anyone was wondering when I got it.
I know its Thursday when I’m posting this. I’m slow. Live with it.

Aww, yes I loved reading about all their skills and such! Thank you. Also I was terribly impressed that you used symbols as bullet points, I wasn’t aware that WP had that function.
The family portrait was lovely too, such a colourful bunch! I’ve never had the patience to manage the same with my Sims. And what a baby boom you had this update, Story Progression was really doing its job! I still can’t believe you manage to keep track of all those extended relatives.
I’ll try and do the skill update for you at the beginning of each one. The problem is they have toddler skills, and to oven skills, and as they haven’t used them as teens it doesn’t show yet.
As for the bullet points, I write the update in word as I go, then paste into here, and it just so happenned that it changed the bullet points to those symbols, and I couldn’t be bothered to work out how to make it look normal.
Family portrait is easy, move objects, snap objects and freewill off. makes it a lot easier. I just have to try and remember to turn it back on again. I almost killed the entire family that way once.
Oooh only one more week before the heiress takes over! It’s exciting I didn’t check the results to see who won XD I bit of a shame it wasn’t Steel 😦

I know I’m a bit miffed Steel didn’t win too. I can’t remember who won the poll, I can’t remember which one is which actually.
I like the portrait too.
The house is one of it’s nicer colour mixes at the moment, but it does get a bit sickening after a while.
I haven’t played the house with generations yet, but I have used it in new hoods. Loading the Madness now with it in for the first time. Fingers crossed. I hope you sort out your game problems soon.
